Shipping & Returns

We ship our premium wines with Australia Post. Delivery time frames are generally 4-8 business days, these time frames may increase during the Christmas period. We currently only post our wines within Australia. Please email us if you would like to discuss international postage. If a bottle of wine is broken on delivery, please do not accept delivery and return it to us as soon as possible, Contact us so we can ensure a replacement delivery of wine is sent to you as soon as possible.


If in the event your purchase is faulty or damaged we will happily refund your money or exchange the wine upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return*.

If in the event that you change your mind then please contact us as soon as possible, exchanges are possible at our discretion. For exchange of a delivered product, unfortunately additional delivery charges will be incurred at your expense*. Please note that all change of mind returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

* Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Mapleton Vineyard is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered or there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be incurred o the customer.

** Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund, limits may apply, all exchange products must be in their original condition and packaging.
